Terms and Conditions :-

• All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and shall be charges as per prevailing rates.
• The guest needs to book on prior basis if they want to have dinner at the sun set cabana and extra charges will apply for the same.
• The booking confirmation or voucher issued in respect of the booking is to be furnished compulsory along with ID proof and 2 passport size photograph of each guest at reception counter at the time of checking in.
• In case of early arrival, guest may be required to wait at waiting lounge till the room is available.
• Kids - 6 years and above will be charged as adults and a mattress will be provided to them as extra person in the room.
• Meals will be provided as per fixed time schedules. If missed, there will be no compensation or extensions provided.
• Any incidental, personal and other expenses and cost of items which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.
• Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guest as request to take care of their belongings.
• All rooms are Strictly Non-Smoking as per the Government Rules.
• Guest have to follow the House Rules and Applicable Law of the Land.

• 25% retention charges, if cancelled more than 45 days prior to schedules arrival.
• 50% retention charges, if cancelled more than 20 days prior to scheduled arrival (but less than 45 days).
• 100% retention charges, if cancelled less than 20 days prior to scheduled arrival
• Changes in guest names would be treated as Cancellation.
